These two, (2), pieces of habotai silk fabric were dyed by me with fresh indigo leaves.
These pieces measures approximately 30"x 44" and 32" x 44".

Fresh indigo leaves give soft and beautiful shades of blue and blue-green.
One of these pieces has a gentle fresh blue shade.
The other is a lovely shade of slightly lighter, more greenish-blue.

Since these are hand dyed with natural materials, there may be speckles and variations in the depth of color of these fabrics.

I've done my best to show the true, delicate shades of these plant dyed silks.
Please remember that each computer monitor displays color in its own way.

These fabrics are perfect for any textile art project that could use a touch of lovely, natural color.
I recommend hand washing in cool water with mild soap or shampoo and line drying in the shade to preserve the delicate luster and color of the silk.
Iron carefully with medium heat.
