This listing is for a set of 5 small vintage wooden spools wound with naturally dyed silk embroidery thread.
This silk thread is non-divisible.
The amount of naturally dyed silk thread on each spool measures about 20 yards.
These threads were dyed with combinations of fresh indigo leaves and coreopsis flowers.
The slightly variegated shades range from very light yellow green to light indigo blue.
Since these wooden spools have been previously used, they may have nicks, dents, and missing or damaged labels.
I've done my best to show the true colors of this silk.

These naturally dyed silk threads are perfect any textile art project that could use a touch of lovely, natural color.
