This listing is for a set of 8 small vintage wooden spools wound with naturally dyed silk embroidery thread.
This silk thread is non-divisible.
The amount of naturally dyed silk thread on each spool measures about 10 yards.
These threads were dyed with combinations of indigo, coreopsis, cosmos, and marigold flowers.
The slightly variegated shades include very light yellow green, greenish bronze, pale blue green, olive, medium green, and deep green.
Since these wooden spools have been previously used, they may have nicks, dents, and missing or damaged labels.
I've done my best to show the true colors of this silk.
