This is a collection of 10 silk fabrics, hand dyed by me with natural indigo, coreopsis flowers, and madder roots.
The fabric is very lightweight 5mm habotai silk.
The smallest piece of silk in this group measures approximately 6" x 36".
The largest piece measures approximately 28" x 38".

This fabric is very delicate, soft and sheer - nearly transparent when stretched out in strong light, but it shows the naturally dyed color beautifully when it's folded or scrunched.
*There are some small imperfections in the fabric, and a lot of mottling, streaking, and speckles in the depth of color.*
The colors include shades of pink, pale indigo blue, pale yellow green, mottled yellow, fresh light indigo with small streaks of darker blue, and a slightly patterned indigo blue and white piece.

I've done my best to accurately portray these natural colors.
Please keep in mind that each monitor will display color in its own way.

These fabrics can be used for nuno felting, linings, or any textile art project to add a touch of lightweight, naturally colored silk.
I recommend hand washing in cool water with mild soap and line drying in the shade to preserve the delicate luster and shade of the silk.
